This is totally my inspiration today:

2. I can’t wait to own a dough roller…it is officially my favorite machine in the kitchen.

4. I love how not even the little dough scraps went to waste!

Two things I like:
1. Someone who finds satisfaction in their work – even if it is repetitious. Who knows, maybe that guy hates his job, but I’m guessing not.
2. What you can do with the right tools – and practice.

That video was mesmerizing!! The efficiency of movement they have put me in a trance. And the layers…oh the layers. My. Jaw. Dropped.

Inspiring. Makes me want to bake even without all the equipment. My favorite part is that open window by his machine with that amazing light.
